At Sure Deck we believe that our clients deserve a SAFE, EFFICIENT & COST EFFECTIVE solution for their internal decking requirements.

We are approved installers of JMac’s market leading system, MacDeck. A super-strong, yet lightweight injection moulded decking system that can safely support the same weight loading as a traditional tube and fitting TG20:21 compliant birdcage (2 KN per m2) yet can be erected in under half of the time. This means that our decking will save you both time and money.

Safe

Sure Deck provides a robust working platform which takes care of your operatives’ safety, helping them work more efficiently on a profiled non-slip surface with high visibility.

  • Our system utilises a dual locking pin safety feature which can be viewed from above to show that the system is locked correctly.

  • Our heaviest component is only 10kg which ensures that manual handling best practices can be observed.

  • Each component is inspected after each use so you can be safe in the knowledge that our system is fully compliant.

  • Our internal fall protection system meets BS EN 12811-1 Part 3 (for structural integrity and safety factor, for use as a General Purpose Working and Safety Platform) and satisfies the roof non-fragility test in accordance with ACR (M) 001:2000.

Efficient

We can typically erect up to 60sqm per hour, allowing you to save valuable time on your build programme.

  • Using only three components, our system is easy to transport around site in our specially designed stillages.

  • Our panels have an innovative design which allows you to build a party wall scaffold through the deck due to the position of the holes. Once the internal scaffold has been removed, there is no need to have a void in the safety decking platform, improving the build process by reducing labour time and revisits to site.

 

Cost Effective

  • By using Sure Deck you will typically see a cost saving of 30-50% compared to traditional tube and fitting birdcages.

  • Compared to other systems, Sure Deck is fully recyclable and has a life span of 10+ years.
